- [x] Mandy confirmed RACE has permission to use the supplied photographs publicly on its website and in marketing.
- [x] Mandy confirmed RACE has approval to use the people/models pictured in the supplied photographs.
- [ ] Retain the signed releases, photographer contract or rights records in RACE's **private** asset archive; these documents were not supplied here and have not been independently reviewed.
- [ ] Identify whether each person is a student, staff member, alumnus, or another role before labeling anyone that way; do not infer a role from a photograph.
- [ ] Document any photographer-credit or cropping conditions and any product/trademark restrictions, where applicable.
- [ ] Have Mandy choose which photos become the approved standard hero, program and campaign photographs (gallery access is not the same as final creative selection).

## Logo — requires separate approval

- [ ] Establish official minimum sizes, clear space and background rules from approved masters.

## Site release QA

- [ ] Mandy reviews the draft site and approves displayed visual examples for public sharing.
- [ ] Danny reviews desktop/mobile layout, keyboard access, contrast, photo crops, alt text, links and download files.
- [ ] Upload the website update to the **existing** Netlify project; keep its version status at Draft 0.2.1.
- [ ] After uploading, open the site in an incognito browser and verify logo, photograph gallery and guide downloads.
- [ ] Keep race.edu, WordPress, HighLevel workflows/forms and advertising attribution untouched.

**Publishing scope:** This package is a shareable *draft brand reference*, not an approved production-wide design system. The supplied model/photo permission blocker is cleared by Mandy's statement; proposed design choices and logo rules remain pending.
