# RACE Brand Reference - v0.2.1 DRAFT

**Image permissions:** Mandy confirmed on October 30, 2026 that RACE has permission to use the supplied photos and pictured models in public website and marketing materials. This is a record of RACE's confirmation, not independent document verification. The examples and design decisions are still drafts. See `guide/asset-release-checklist.md`.

**Brand voice approved by Mandy (2026-10-30):** friendly, genuine, welcoming to everyone.

**New assets:** the supplied transparent horizontal logo is preserved unchanged in `assets/brand/`. The 17 photos have source filenames mapped to resized copies in `assets/web/`; original JPG files are preserved in a separate private zip (not contained here). Optimized web copies contain no EXIF.

**Status:** v0.2.1-draft. The September Master Handoff remains authoritative for approved colors and technical safeguards; voice and supplied photography marketing use are confirmed by Mandy. Proposed typography sizes, components, layouts and logo usage rules are NOT universally approved.

**To view:** open `index.html` locally. The actual RACE website, forms, WordPress, HighLevel and existing Netlify v0.1 draft have not been changed.

**To publish this revised draft:** merge to `main` (or run `npm run deploy` from the repository root); it is served at https://brand.race.edu/ by Cloudflare Workers. Keep it marked Draft 0.2.1 until both sign-offs are recorded.
